- Booking
When you are ready to book your deposit will secure your
chosen wedding date. We will send you a contract signed by us which
you read sign and fax or scan and email back to us.
Your wedding date
Our company has a different outlook than most wedding planners. We only ever have one wedding a day so you can be assured that your ceremony is our priority. We cater for those, like yourselves, who want a personal service and who do not want to get married in the hotel resort atmosphere but prefer something more unique and private. As we do only have one wedding a day and to avoid your disappointment we advise securing your chosen day as early as you are comfortable to do so.
Legalities
All legal details are organised by us, we will tell you the documents that you will need to bring with you and you leave the rest to us. There is no residency requirement in St Lucia but the paperwork does generally take one to two days to process, so usually the earliest you can get married is the third day after your arrival on the island.
An express service is available for those who do not want to wait the usual length of time and cruise ship passengers. It does cost US$120 extra but we can marry you on the same day as you arrive on island as long as it is Monday – Friday.
This express service is already included in the price of the packages for cruise ship clients.
Documents required
The details of the documents you require are listed below:
ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE ORIGINALS OR CERTIFIED COPIES WITH RAISED SEALS
Ø Passports (remaining time of validation min of 6 months)
Ø Birth Certificates
Ø Decree Absolute (if any of the parties is divorced)
Ø Death Certificate (for the former spouse, in the case of widow/widower)
Ø Previous marriage certificate (if widowed)
Ø Deed Poll Certificate (if name has been changed)
Ø Parental Consent (if under 18 years old) by way of Affidavit from a Notary Royal
Ø Adoption certificate if applicable
Please Note - All documents must be in English. If they are not, an authenticated translation must be provided along with the original.
If you have to obtain copies of any of the documents required please ensure they are CERTIFIED COPIES that have a RAISED SEAL OR FRESH, DIFFERENT COLOURED INK STAMP AND ORIGINAL SIGNATURE authenticating them.

Payment details
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We will send you a credit card authorisation form for you to fill out, sign and fax back to us, or you could sent a US$ bank Draft via FedEx. We will send you the address details if you prefer to do this.
our payment terms are:
US$300 non-refundable deposit
(this is part of the price for your wedding package)
50% of the total price 3 months before the wedding date
The remaining 50% (minus the US$300 deposit) 1 month before the wedding
date.
When you arrive on St. Lucia
We have a pre wedding consultation with you when we deal with your marriage licence application and go through all the aspects of your wedding with you.
Resident clients: we will meet you day after your arrival on the island.
Cruise ship clients: we will meet you as soon as your ship docks on St. Lucia.
